I want to briefly highlight my knowledge, versatility, and outreach that I have demonstrated in my role.

Knowledge

In my role as a Logistics Development Specialist II, I ensure that I am knowledgeable on Life Cycle Logistics and all 12 of the Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements.

My biggest contribution is my expertise in Level of Repair Analysis (LORA). Because of my skills in LORA, I was asked to assist the other logistics team at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems (GA-ASI).

Versatility

I have been cross-training and assisting the Systems Engineering (SE) and Mechanical Sustainment Engineering (MSE) teams at GA-EMS.

Being a liasion between Logistics, SE, and MSE has helped all 3 teams at General Atomics to be more optimized, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Outreach

Through GA-EMS, I volunteered as a judge for underserved middle/high school students’ capstone projects with Greater Than Tech, and I was selected to represent GA-EMS through the Society of Women Engineers’ WE 2024 Conference.
